Re: <t>Strategic Mind: Blitzkrieg Review</t>

I agree with Rino, the review worried me so much I asked Starni for a comment. I think the review is 'woke' and feeble. Unlike the Wargamer website historical precedent it is political, ultra liberal and biased. I will reconsider using the site... Welcome to the forums steevo. Whilst I don't apprec...

Re: Gwent?

I dabbled in it when it first came out on Android. I really enjoyed the Northern Realms deck I was using that was built around building up charges and using war engines etc. Haven't played it in ages though.

Re: <t>Strategic Mind: Blitzkrieg Review</t>

Welcome to the forums Rino, but I think you are slightly missing Jack's point here. It's not about playing the Germans in general, it's about this game's seemingly deliberate portrayal of the already debunked myth of the "clean" Wehrmacht. It is known that wargaming in general does have this problem...

Re: <t>Wargamer Weekly - Lean & Mean</t>

Lean pickings indeed!

You might do it already, but perhaps a weekly notification of wargames on sale would be of value?
That's not a bad shout actually, although I'd be surprised if there were consistent sales for me to mention something every week. Will add it to my list of things to research.

Re:

Please stop including games that can't be easily obtained in your "Best" lists. It is frustrating to see Supremacy at Sea here when it requires a disc drive (no download option). It should be moved to the Hall of Fame.
Fair point, I'll look into it for the next update.

Re:

"one of the smallest, most boring conflicts in the history of mankind"??? No. IMHO, I can think of a couple others that are truly boring, but not the ACW.
Tbf I was trolling.

Re:

Where is dominions 5? Dominions 5 is also Gran Strategy, even more than Total war or FoG, and even is the best multiplayer title of the genre out there. Victoria 2 has the best mechanic with the complex pops, and it deserves more awareness than say Imperator. Dominions is a good shout actually - I'...
