There was space for a middle tile at the bottom between me and KYakerDude. I was the only person that could explore into that location. I figured I'd see if it was any good, but it was a 1 point tile with no Ancients, so I didn't keep it.

I'm beginning to wonder if KYakerDude was playing the long con with his "my actual score doesn't match up with the range they are claiming I have" so we'll leave him alone...
