Man, Hill 218 is good. Plays a role quite similar to Card Crawl; it's fast, there's a lot of randomness, there are some simple strategies you learn pretty early which help a lot, but then there are much subtler, lower impact strategies for various situations which you notice after many plays. I have over 500 plays in, and it's still one of my favorite short games. I reviewed it three years ago

Anyway, I backed the Sector 219 Kickstarter at the two-copy level, but I don't have the game yet, because I opted to wait for them to finish the version based on OGRE and ship them both to me. So I've no idea how 219 compares to 218, but the system is similar enough that I expect it to have the same virtues, just with a different set of relevant strategies.
