Nice review. I got the game and enjoys it tremendously. Its truly is impressive in scale and scope. I love having the Dutch in the game (as being Dutch myself), a must neglected subject in wargames.
One note though (if you don't mind): the map does not include the whole of the Netherlands. The northern part of the Netherlands is missing. It was here in the north where the Dutch managed to stop the German at the "Afsluitdijk". The fort "Kornwerderzand" is the only Dutch position that manage to stop the Germans in the May days of 1940. This Battle of the Afsluitdijk is one of the few battles that the Germans lost during their Blitzkrieg against Western Europe. Together with the massive losses of the German paratroopers made the Germans decide to bomb the city of Rotterdam to force the Dutch to surrender.
Anyhow, I can only recommend this game to any wargamer who is in for a challenge.
